There are plenty of parking spaces and there is no problem with access for those with impaired mobility or in wheelchairs.

Meetings are usually from 3.00 to 5.00 pm on a Friday and refreshments are available.

Talks and demonstrations cover the various elements of lymphoedema care, management and exercise and topics of interest have included: Pilates, Homeopathy, The Bowen Method and Feldenkreis and a fun session on belly-dancing.
